We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat.

All Christians believe that salvation is the most important doctrine of the bible. It is just as important that we understand what the correct doctrinal teaching is, rather than placing preconceptions into the text.

Once a person comes to faith in Christ he/she is immediately brought into a permanent relationship with God as His child. This can NEVER be severed!!! At this moment of conversion, the believer also comes into a living organic union with Christ and becomes FOREVER united to Him as His bride; thus becoming "Bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh" (Eph. 5:30-32 K.J.V).  Believers are then mystically united to each other as members into the ONE body of Christ's (1 Cor. 12:12-14)!!

The Orchid, has flowers that resemble the female bee. This resemblance attracts other bees to it, which in turn accomplishes pollination. How could chance be so absolutely precise in the female anatomy of a bee???

I think the probability of this happening by chance is about as likely as filling the entire state of Texas with pennies 5 feet high. Then coloring one penny yellow, mixing them all together and then asking a blind man to pick out the yellow penny on the first draw...

No ...my logic tells me that there is an intelligent designer behind the orderly fashion of this precise relationship...

The perfect post-weight training repast has about 400 calories, with 20 to 30 grams of protein (to build new muscle) and 50 to 65 grams of carbohydrates (to repair old muscle). Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or a small bowl of pasta with meat sauce fits that formula.

HEALTH PROVIDED IN THE SECRET CHAMBERS

Day 1: The heavens, the earth, light and darkness.

Day 2: Separation of the water in the expanse

Day 3: Dry land, the seas, and vegetation.   

Day 4: The sun, the moon and the stars.

Day 5: Living creatures in the water, birds in the air.

Day 6: Land animals and people.

Day 7: God "rested".

If you will notice, the Lord made the heavens, the earth, separated the firmament, caused dry land to appear, made the seas, and the VEGETATION... All before creating and making human's.  This is because as the Holy Scripture bares out - God is not the author of confusion, but does ALL things decently and in order...

The Lord God had set forth all the necessary provisions for man days before He created him.  This is reminiscent of the Apostle Paul's words; "God shall PROVIDE ALL our NEEDS according to ..."   Phil 4:19  

So the Lord made and provided the essentials that would care for and nourish the body He had designed.  Not only did He make vegetation for our health, but He also so magnificently designed them to resemble the very part of the body they nourish!!

For example , take the TOMATO!  It has 4 CHAMBERS and is also RED in color. In comparison our HEART is RED and also has 4 CHAMBERS. 

Nutritionally, all research shows that the tomato is loaded with THE NUTRIENT LYCOPINE and is in fact PURE HEART AND BLOOD FOOD!!!

Drink water: While this tip may sound like a broken record being played over and over again, there is much truth to its benefits on health. Being well hydrated not only keeps your energy level up, but will also help with immune function, kidney function, liver function, lubricates the joints, helps to decrease morning muscle stiffness and overall cellular health.

Also as the weather is getting warmer, try using "poly carbonate" water bottles, as they do not leach toxins into your drinking water even if they have set in the sun.  Other plastic bottles leach and can cause different types of cancers.

I found this cool invisible ink experiment that I thought would be fun for mom/dad and kiddies to have some good old fashion family fun.  Nothing is more important than family bonding time. Family is the moral fiber of any society- It is what keeps a country strong!!!  HAVE FUN !!! 

Making invisible ink is a lot of fun, you can pretend you are a secret agent as you keep all your secret codes and messages hidden from others. All you need is some basic household objects and the hidden power of lemon juice

The warmer weather is almost here and with it
comes those pesky little mosquitoes!  A cheap and
effective way to control those little rascals is         
LISTERINE- Yes that's what I said!!  I heard about
it and tried it out last summer while sitting on my
porch and it works.  All you need is a spray bottle
and some good old mouthwash! 

Spray it into the air around you, on the ground around the
picnic table, childrens play area, even pour a little in standing
water.  You can also spray it around your door frames, window
frames and even in Rover's dog house... just try not spraying
it on your good Patio furniture as it can get a little sticky, but
not to worry a good old hosing down or a rainy day will take
care of it just fine!!

So this summer- instead of all those expensive toxic sprays- try
this inexpensive, environmentally, non-toxic, mosquito be gone spray!
